Sign-in information and Google user data

Clerk manages account authentication. When you choose Google sign-in, Clerk receives your basic Google profile information, including your name, email address, and profile picture. The app uses your Clerk account identifier and sign-in email to associate your account with your Furnished Finder connection.

Google access is limited to basic profile and email permissions for sign-in and account management. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or Google Calendar. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising or training AI models. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Furnished Finder connection and calendar data

You sign in to Furnished Finder inside a Browserbase browser view. Your Furnished Finder email, password, verification codes, cookies, and login tokens remain in that browser environment; the app's backend does not receive credential form entries or store Furnished Finder credentials. Browserbase keeps a separate browser context for your connection so the service can periodically refresh your calendars. Login and synchronization session recordings and browser logs are disabled.

The Railway database stores your app account identifier, a reference to your Browserbase context, and listing and feed records. Those calendar records include listing identifiers, names, addresses, and availability dates. Exported events contain availability dates and generic reserved or blocked summaries, rather than guest names or reservation notes.

Calendar subscription links

A calendar feed URL acts as an access link: anyone who has the URL can read its exported calendar name, dates, and availability summaries without signing in. When you import a link into Airbnb, Vrbo, or another calendar service, that service retrieves the feed and handles the imported data under its own policies. Keep your feed URLs private.

Billing and service providers

Stripe processes subscription payments and payment details. The app stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and subscription status; card details are entered directly into Stripe checkout.

We use Clerk for authentication, Browserbase for Furnished Finder browser sessions, Railway for the backend and database, Cloudflare for website hosting, and Stripe for billing. These services process information needed to provide their respective functions. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Technical information such as request, browser, and session data is processed to deliver and protect the service.

Disconnecting and deletion

Disconnecting Furnished Finder deletes the linked Browserbase context and the app's active connection, listing, and feed records. Existing feed URLs then stop returning that connection's calendar data. Canceled or expired temporary login contexts are deleted; replacing a connection deletes the previous context after the new connection succeeds. Disconnecting does not cancel a subscription or delete your separate Clerk login or Stripe billing records.

Use Manage billing to cancel a subscription. Contact woodbarksoftware@gmail.com to request account or personal-data deletion, or ask about retained records. Service-provider records and billing records can have separate retention requirements.
